Cincinnati Group Guitar Lessons

Introductory group guitar lessons at the Toedtman School:

Discover the basics of the guitar with instructor Jeremy Collins. This four-week class will teach students how to strum and fingerpick on the acoustic or electric guitar with proper technique and rhythm. Students will learn the essential major and minor chords, learn to read guitar tablature and chord charts, as well as some fun riffs and solos. The class is designed to be fun and low-pressure, and is open to any students age 8 and above who are relatively new to the guitar.

Class fee: $80

*Classes may be divided by age based on enrollment

Voice Lessons Help You Speak Well Too

Developing your singing voice has plenty of immediate applications. Whether you are taking voice lessons as a child or as an adult, you can bring your skills to bear in a choir, as a soloist, or as an avid karaoke crooner. But working on your voice has plenty of ancillary benefits, many of which have little to do with music. Developing the muscles involved with singing – your diaphragm, your larynx, and more – helps your breath, helps your posture, and helps you project your speaking voice. Being able to speak with authority, clarity, and mellifluous tones is a source of endless advantages. In the classroom, in personal interactions, and in the business world, a confident and appealing speaking voice is remarkably helpful. We do not often discuss how much other people respond to the tones of our voices, but truthfully, the degree to which the world hears you – and listens to your vocal tone – cannot be overstated.
